Sarah London

The lovely Natasja of crocheTime recently published her very first ebook!

It is beyond beautiful with 10 fantastic projects to crochet.

The first project is a gorgeous Scarf, aptly named Sunset Shades Scarf. The second project is the Flashy Flower Ring. The third project is a sweet oval Brooch. Project 4 is the Glamorous Granny Square Necklace. A pair a Scottish Square Wristies, inspired by a road trip through Scotland makes project 5. Project 6, a versatile wrap, an all in one, a snood, a shawl, a scarf a wrap! Beadazzling Earrings for Project 7. Project 8, the Hoola Headband. A nifty Drawstring Pouch makes project 9 and a pair of Zig Zag Wrist Warmers completes this fabulous book!

The book opens with a wonderful video, with Natasja explaining how to use/navigate through this multi-touch book.

The instructional videos within the pages makes for a very clever, savvy, 21st century book!

All patterns are written in US terminology, Natasja provides a handy conversion chart for those who prefer working in UK terminology.

The photography through out the book is sublime! You can view all projects over on Ravelry here!

Textured and colourful!

Of course you could chose to work this pattern in a co-ordinated sequence of colours.

If you opt for controlled colour I always advise on selecting an odd number. Be it 3 or 5 different hues.

Variants from the same colour family translate seamlessly! Select a light, medium and dark yarn!

ie: As I did for my Larksfoot blanket. Lexi would look lovely stitched in similar shades.

Or be bold and outrageous, utilize those left over scraps of yarn and hook a one of a kind!
