I was lucky enough to be interviewed by Jennifer a month or so ago via Skype (isn’t technology a grand thing). We chatted for 2 hours or so, and I must say Jennifer is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had to pleasure to ‘meet’! Completely lovely and completely passionate in all that she does!
