Crocheted ‘Granny Stars’ are quick + easy to make, and are perfect for the Christmas Season!

I made a tiny stack of them to add to my Granny Garland!

Ta Da! I strung my crocheted motifs onto fishing line, initially they will slip and slide a bit, but once you have your garland hanging, space out the motifs and they’ll stay in place, you could dab a spot of glue to stick them in place if you’d prefer. I was going for a suspended in space look, hence the invisible fishing line.

Those are so cool!!!
I love the stars! Is it your own pattern?
You have been busy! I just love your blog and all the things you make. Thank you for sharing!
Hi Sarah, this garland is indeed so cool!! Are you going to publish and sell this pattern as PDF? Or is it already in your Hip to Hook PDF? Because I need to make such a garland for this christmas
Really like your Christmas garland, it’s lovely.
Sarah, same as all above, I think there will be lots of people wanting the star pattern

Same for me too ! I love the stars ! Will this pattern be available somewhere ???
Just joining the “ooh, pretty, is there a pattern so I can make ‘em too” chorus.
These are amazing! Would also like to know where I could find a pattern. I am thinking I will use white crochet thread and tea-stain them for a mini star garland for my tree. Beautiful!
