Crocheted ‘Granny Stars’ are quick + easy to make, and are perfect for the Christmas Season!

I made a tiny stack of them to add to my Granny Garland!

Ta Da! I strung my crocheted motifs onto fishing line, initially they will slip and slide a bit, but once you have your garland hanging, space out the motifs and they’ll stay in place, you could dab a spot of glue to stick them in place if you’d prefer. I was going for a suspended in space look, hence the invisible fishing line.

Now on a completely different subject, we have five computers in our household, yes, five, that’s crazy isn’t it, 3 laptops and 2 desktops, and we only have one ethernet cable! so on my never ending to do list was to set up a wireless internet connection system. So finally, this afternoon I’ve set up an ADSL Home Network Gateway in our home. No more waiting in line for the ethernet cable and no longer are we confined to the telephone socket either! Yip! So I’m going to re arrange all the furniture, computers and gizmos this afternoon. I will be doing one more post later today, it’s the supply list for the Mystery Christmas Crochet Project for November! so keep your eyes peeled for that.

So, if you’re household is facing the same predicament that ours was, with multiply computers, it was the Thomson TG782T that I purchased, just from my local Telstra shop, best $99 I’ve ever spent! Now we are all enjoying a wireless internet connection, all at the same time…everyone is happy!
